Southeast Oregon’s backcountry is a rugged and impressive landscape. This video features several of the impressive gulches and canyons that mark this area. Long gulch is more of a canyon with sheer walls that are probably close to 1000 feet high. Also included are Juniper and Timber Gulch which are both in the Leslie Gulch area. These are both accessible by passenger car on a gravel road. Long gulch is more off the beaten path and will require high clearance and 4 wheel drive to access.
